Now that's more like it. United get their first win of the season. It comes against Liverpool, who to be fair, are also going through their own struggles. But for a Manchester United team that has been rock bottom the past few games, you take this win and move on.
Defeated an elder dragon at work today. The dragon was an old legacy test app that returned some test data. I needed it to return just an additional line of data, but having it do that was like going through a difficult boss battle. I stayed the course, kept poking at it, until I sundered its armor. Then I got a critical strike in, then another, and another. After almost a day of fighting the dragon, I started yesterday afternoon, I've defeated it. There's more work to be done. But for now, I get to breathe a sigh of relief and reclaim some of the energy I lost in the battle.

Was going to subscribe to Peacock TV just to be able to watch Premier League games, specifically Manchester United games in the US. I woke up late this Sunday morning and so I didn't get the subscription to watch the game. After finding out United lost the opener 2-1 to Brighton, that might have been a blessing in disguise. Maybe this is not the time yet to get that subscription LOL.
If “Dancing Queen” was written by a screamo rock band in 2022, this is most likely what it will sound like. That is to say, for fans of rock music, not bad at all. Could go with less screaming, but yeah, still pretty good.
I cannot stop listening to this song today for some reason. That said, this is one of the best rock songs to come out of the Philippine music industry. Awesome chords, soaring melody and vocals. It's a song that doesn't seem like it will end, or that you don't want to end. You don't need to understand the Tagalog language to appreciate this. If you are a fan of music, this is just a great song to listen to.
If The Lord's Prayer was written as a song in 2022, this is how it would sound like. Pretty good take on it.
